1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Keep-Ready ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Keep-Ready is a web-based asset management platform that allows you to track, organise, and manage information about the things you own — including vehicles, property, appliances, and more. The Service includes features such as document storage, service history tracking, reminders, and search.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Keep-Ready offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed annually and processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts
Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorisation

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keep-Ready and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Keep-Ready and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
